HCS Connect program gains local and national attention

(posted on March 3, 2010)

Horry County Schools Connect program, which helps at-risk, over-aged students stay in school and graduate on time with their peers, was recently featured on WBTW News 13 and SC Now.com in a video/story by Aisha Khan. The article was subsequently picked up by a national online publication, ASCD Smartbrief, and is currently featured in their news for the education profession.

The Connect program is offered at the Academy for Arts, Science, and Technology (AAST), as well as the Academy for Technology and Academics (ATA).
