SD Online ID Request - HorryCountySchools

Horry County Schools Employees:

If you are already an Horry County Schools employee with an Employee ID and email account, chances are that you already have an account with SD Online. To access that account, click HERE. Login using your full HCS email address OR six-digit Employee ID (including zeroes). Password is last four digits of your SSN. Click Enter. Click on the SD Online icon at the bottom of the page. To register for staff development sessions, click on the Signup tab at the left. You can search for sessions by title, keywords, facilitator, location, content area, or date. If you find a session you like within the chronological listing of sessions, click on the Select Workshop tab beneath that session.

Click in the circle beside the word Signup, and click on the Confirm Signups tab.

You should receive an email confirming your registration.

You also have the chance to review all the courses for which you’ve registered by clicking on the My Sessions tab at the left of the screen. Once you have completed one or more courses, you will have the chance to review your history via the My Sessions page, as well. This tab will also allow you to print out your own certificate as soon as the workshop facilitator has verified your attendance/ completion of requirements. Click on the orange scroll icon beside each session for which you would like to print a certificate. (This only applies to courses which were posted on SD Online beginning in September 2007).

To cancel your registration: Follow steps above to get into the program, if needed. Click on the My Sessions tab at the left-hand side of the page. Click on the red ‘X’ beside the workshop you would like to drop.

If a staff development session is full, you will have the chance to be placed on a waiting list. You will receive an email message notifying you when and if openings should occur.
