How To Apply

ApplicationTo be considered for a teaching position, applicants must submit a complete application to Human Resources.  Complete applications include the following:

1.  Horry County Schools Online Application
2.  Valid teaching certificate
3.  At least 3 Professional References - Reference Form
4.  Applicant Disclosure & Consent Form
5.  College transcript(s) - Must show date the degree was conferred


In addition, new college graduates and PACE candidates must submit the following:

New college graduate
- Copy of Praxis test scores and letter from college verifying recent degree.

PACE candidates - Letter or Eligibility from the SC Department of Education.

    All postings will continue in effect until a candidate is hired unless the decision is made not to fill the position.
