Transparency Spending Reports 

Horry County School District is proud to be part of the state of South Carolina's spending transparency initiative. The goal of transparency is to illuminate the expenditure of financial resources to our stakeholders.

Reports of transactions over $100 will be posted on a monthly basis and will be available on this website for a period of 5 years.

By clicking on the link below, you will be able to choose a transparency report or procurement card statement for a specific month.  Included in the transparency report are payments made on its monthly procurement card statements.  For those  transactions, the vendor will be identified with (PCARD) and the check date will reflect the date the statement was paid rather than when the purchase occurred. The procurement card statement  is similar to what would be included on the monthly credit card statement from your bank where the purchase would indicate the vendor but not necessarily the purpose or explanation for the purchase.

Monthly Spending Details

The District restricts the issuance of procurement cards to those individuals that have a business need. Card holders may include maintenance and custodial staff, administrative assistants/bookkeepers, and administrators. In addition, there may be multiple transactions for a particular card holder due to the processing of transactions for the entire school, department, division, and/or district.
