The Horry County Schools Student Management, Analysis and Reporting Tools system has been created to provide parents and guardians of students in our district ready access to important informatioon relating to their children. Current reports available to parents from this system include: grades, attendance, discipline referrals, class schedules, diagnostic and standardized test data, Personalized Learning Plans. Note: Not all information is updated on a daily basis.
Below are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that may be helpful to new users. Q. How do I create an account? A. To create an account, a parent or guardian must first visit the attendance clerk at their child's school to submit their e-mail address and obtain the 12 digit permanent number assigned to that child, wait overnight for the information to be updated in the system, and then return to this site to create an account using the 'Parent Login Screen'. You must have your e-mail address and your child's student number to login to the system for the first time. After completing the on-line form you will then be able to access your child's reports from the system. Q. Why are there no grades in my child's record? A.There are two reasons that grades are not visible: Currently grades are unavailable at the elementary level or; grades have not been put into the system. We do not offer individual teacher assignment grades. Only grades that would be sent out on the report card will be posted on the SMART system. Grades are posted at interim and quarters only. |
