The PTO Membership Drive is underway.  Several families joined the PTO at registration and we appreciate the support.  We still need to have our other families join.  Membership is only $5 and that includes all family members.  You may join the PTO on the night of Open House. 

The PTO has already been busy this year.  Please look at the modifications that have been made to the school sign.  Our sign can now provide more information about events at the school.  We have also purchased Student Planners for all students.  These planners will assist our students in organizing their assignments.  Your membership dues are used to support these types of projects.

We also had a 50/50 raffle on registration day.  Congratulations to Janet Faircloth who was the lucky winner of $121.50. 

Your PTO Officers for the 2008-2009 school year are listed below.  Pam Harrelson, President, is the mother seventh grade student Henry Harrelson.  Kris Carignan, Vice-President, is the mother of eight grade student Jamie Carignan.  James Edwards, Treasurer, is the father of eight grade student Hannah Edwards and sixth grade student Holly Edwards.  Robyn Boucher, Secretary, is the mother of seventh grade student Tyler Boucher.  If you have any questions, you may contact Pam by email at pharrelson@horrycountyschools.net.
