1. To support teachers and paraprofessionals by providing opportunities for professional development. 2. To improve the retention of teachers with priority given to teachers in identified critical geographic areas. Which SELECT Application Applies to me? SELECT I: Paraprofessionals with instructional duties in a Title I school pursuing a two year Associate Degree or a four year Bachelor Degree. SELECT II: Certified professionals in a Title I school pursuing an initial Masters degree in education. SELECT III: Certified professionals in a Title I school pursuing teacher certificate in another core area or administractive certification.
