As an employee joins the HCS team, they will attend a new hire session that will provide detailed information of plans and will include assistance completing the required forms. Conducted in a casual setting, time is permitted to answer individual questions an employee may have. The highly qualified and caring staff of the benefits department is available year round to work with employees as new situations arise.
