Prototype Designs

Horry County Schools utilizes prototype designs for many new facilities. By utilizing prototype designs, the time and cost of developing new facilities designs is greatly reduced.

Essentially, the same building is adopted to a new site and it is ready to go except for changes in materials or equipment specifications due to code requirements or what has been learned through construction and use of previous buildings.
