Students honored for perfect attendance

The Horry County Board of Education recognized 13 students for having perfect attendance at its November 6 meeting. The students were honored for not having missed a single day of school in grades 1-5, 1-8, or 1-11. The students attended school for 900, 1,440 or 1,980 days, respectively, without an absence.

The 2006 perfect attendance honorees are:

Grades 1-5
Crystal Meagan Pee, Aynor Middle School; Nicholas Andrew Rosaforte, Black Water Middle School; Hannah Catherine Edwards, Daniella Patrick, and Alison Raina Soles, Loris Middle School; and Kennedy Allyce Hayes and Taylor Nicole White, North Myrtle Beach Middle School.

Grades 1-8
Colton James Monahan and Kevin Daniel Kern, Conway High School.

Grades 1-11
Jonathan Dakota Hardwick, Conway High School; Justin Keith Graham, Monica Sherese Moody, and Hannah Elizabeth Williams, Green Sea Floyds High School.

Honorees for grades 1-5 received a certificate and a medallion; grades 1-8 received a certificate and a $50 savings bond; and grades 1-11 received a plaque and a $100 savings bond.
